Black Label Lipo understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy regarding your personal information. Your personal data is never shared, nor sold.

All items ship via USPS to United States & Canada residences only. After your payment has been received and processed in full, your package will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. All orders are made to order and not pre-dosed. 

We cannot guarantee the package(s) will arrive in perfect condition due to U.S.P.S. handling. Please communicate with us the conditions in which your items were received, for us to better improve our packaging standards.

Once the package has been delivered by the U.S.P.S., the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the customer.

You can expect your order to arrive within 4-7  business days.

​Please contact us directly if you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number.

Black Label Lipo ensures the delivery of your product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services requirements, Black Label Lipo shall be in no way liable, be required to issue a refund or resend the package.

As a courtesy, we will offer a One-Time shipment of the product which will include a shipping fee.

​Black Label Lipo does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the U.S.P.S.

Due to the personalized nature of our supplements, we can not accept returns. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If you receive the wrong item, please email us and include a picture of the unopened item. A return shipping label will be sent to you for the return of the item(s), and the correct item will be sent as soon as it is received.   

If you receive a damaged item, please email us with the following information: your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item. On a case-by-case basis, replacements are sent out immediately. 

​Black Label Lipo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact U.S.P.S. to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once you have completed that step, please reach out to us via email, and include the information provided to you from the U.S.P.S. and we will file a claim on our end, in order to expedite a replacement based on our discretion.
