Shipping Policy
All items ship via USPS throughout the United States. If you reside outside of the US, please contact customer service directly. After your payment has been received, your items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days, and then please allow 4-7 business days once tracking number has been emailed to you for you to receive your package.
We cannot guarantee the package(s) will arrive in perfect condition due to U.S.P.S. handling. Please communicate with us the conditions in which your items were received, in order for us to better improve our packaging standards.
Once the package has been delivered by the U.S.PS., the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the customer.
You can expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days.

Please contact us directly if you have not received your package within 10 business days of receiving your tracking number.
Black Label Lipo ensures the delivery of your product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services requirements, Black Label Lipo shall be in no way liable, be required to issue a refund, or resend the package.
As a courtesy, we will offer a One-Time Reshipment of the product which will includes a shipping fee.

Black Label Lipo does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered " by the U.S.P.S.

Return and Refund Policy
In the event that you receive the wrong item, please email us and include a picture of the unopened item. A return shipping label will be sent to you for the return of the item(s), and the correct item will be sent as soon as it is received.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us with the following information: your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item. On a case-by-case basis, replacements are sent out immediately.

Black Label Lipo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact U.S.P.S. to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once you have completed that step, please reach out to us via email, and include the information provided to you from the U.S.P.S. and we will file a claim on our end, in order to expedite a replacement based on our discretion. We will always work with you to ensure that your expectations are meet within reason.

IF YOU HAVE A DESCREPANC INVOLVING YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST CONTACT US DIRECTLY WITHIN 72 HOURS VIA EMAIL AT SUPPORT@BLACKLABELLIPO.COM. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING AND YOU MUST CONTACT THE USPS IN ORDER TO SUBMIT AN INDEPENDANT CLAIM.

Due to the nature of our ready-to-administer products, we cannot accept returns, or exchanges, on any syringes received by our client, whether used, or not. The product will need to be shipped back to our office with a letter of explanation as to why a refund is requested. Once a decision is made, a store credit will be issued.

If you have used a Buy Now, Pay Later, you will be responsible for notifying them.
Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
If an order is placed in error, please contact the office immediately and we will work together in order to correct the over sight, the best that we can.
